1. Where do your swimming lessons take place?

At the Cap Wörth Youth Hostel in Velden am Wörthersee and at the indoor/outdoor pool St. Veit an der Glan.

2. What does a swim guarantee mean?

With regular and active participation, children aged 5 and over receive as many lessons as they need to learn to swim independently.

3. How do I register my child?

Registration is done conveniently online using our contact form. For questions about available spots or waiting lists, please feel free to contact us here.

4. Do I have to buy the Swim-Trainer myself?

No, we provide the necessary SWIMTRAINER during the lessons. However, you can also purchase them from us for training at home.

5. How can I cancel a course?

Cancellations are possible up to 14 days before the start of the course. Please contact us via email for a cancellation.

6. Do you offer private lessons?

Yes, upon request, we also offer private lessons tailored to the individual needs of the participant. Availability depends on the instructor and pool times. Please contact us for more information and to schedule an appointment.

7. Which age groups do your courses cover?

Our courses are designed for children of all ages, starting with baby swimming classes for infants from 4 months up to advanced courses for schoolchildren and adults.

8. Do you award swimming badges?

Yes, through our cooperation with the ÖJRK (Austrian Youth Red Cross), we are authorized to conduct and issue tests for Austrian swimming and life-saving badges upon fulfillment of the currently valid criteria according to ARGE ÖWRW.

9. Can I book a trial lesson?

We generally do not offer traditional trial lessons, as our learning system is based on consecutive course units. However, you are welcome to book a sample lesson to get to know our concept.

10. Should I get in the water during the lesson?

Parental participation and accompaniment in the course depend on the child's age, needs, and the type of course.
